The Challenge

Keeping the product accurate across every image. The challenge was to create a complete set of fashion e-commerce visuals from product references while keeping every detail consistent. Shape, proportions, materials, colour and styling had to remain accurate across full-body images, close-ups and product shots, while maintaining the same model, lighting and overall visual language.

Product Imagery

Building a consistent visual workflow. I developed a workflow combining AI generation and post-production to control the product, model and lighting across the full image set. Each result was refined through several iterations, focusing on product fidelity, realistic proportions and a clean studio aesthetic before moving into final retouching. The same product language was carried from on-model images into standalone packshots, creating a consistent set of assets for an e-commerce environment. The focus remained on accurate silhouettes, materials and construction details, while keeping the lighting clean and neutral.

Product Video

Extending the still imagery into motion. The studio imagery was translated into a short 360° product video designed to show the bag from every angle while preserving its proportions and details. The movement stays simple and controlled, with consistent lighting and a neutral background to keep the focus entirely on the product.

Editorial Video

Moving from product accuracy to storytelling. For the editorial film, I explored the look through different crops, angles and interactions while keeping the outfit and product consistent across each shot. The result brings a more lifestyle-driven dimension to the project while maintaining the same attention to product fidelity and realism.
